All orders placed on www.annmariegianni.com will be processed in USD.
All Canadian orders will ship from our warehouse located in the US. Orders fulfilled in the U.S. will ship via Passport Shipping and a local Canadian carrier.
- Using this trusted method allows the customer to pay all customs fees/duties and taxes ahead. This will allow the package to be shipped directly to your door without additional customs office delays and fees due.
- The GST (Goods and Service Tax) of 13% will be calculated and collected upon checking out. Additional charges for customs clearance will be paid for within the initial shipping cost at checkout.
If you would like to pay the $14.95 shipping fee and not pay duties ahead, please write to [email protected], and our team will set you up with an invoice for your order. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Annmarie Skin Care has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.
**PLEASE NOTE: There are an additional 1-4 business days for processing in all our warehouses, this is not factored into the delivery time.
