Receiving Loyalty Points
Our Wild Alchemy CBD Boutique is a separate website through which you can order our Activated CBD Serum. Because of this, though, points for this purchase will not automatically be added to your profile.
We are here to help! Email Customer Care at [email protected] with the following information and we can add those points to your profile for you!
- Your CBD order number
- Your email address that was used to place the order
Applying Loyalty Points
Since the Wild Alchemy CBD Boutique is a separate site, it is not able to accept loyalty points in the same way our standard website is.
However, we are able to help in a few ways.
1. We can put together an invoice for you and include the loyalty discount code and email that your way. Email us at [email protected] and include your first and last name, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
2. You can place your CBD order and I can retroactively apply that coupon code and refund you for your order. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and loyalty points code.
