We ship U.S. orders from our warehouse in Arizona. The warehouse works Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed; some items can take longer.
Free shipping: Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $250. The $250 is counted after any discount code is applied, and a discount code can be used together with free shipping. Free shipping applies to Standard only.
Shipping options at checkout:
- Standard: usually arrives 5–7 business days after it ships. Free over $250; otherwise the rate is shown at checkout.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: arrives 2 business days after it ships. Rate shown at checkout.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: arrives 1 business day after it ships. Rate shown at checkout.
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. If your order hasn't shipped after 3 business days, write to us and we'll check on it.
