How Do I Use My Rewards Points With Another Coupon Code?Updated 2 years ago
If you are wanting to use more than one coupon alongside a valid discount code for our website, we are happy to help! We are able to apply your rewards points to your order retroactively in the form of a refund.
Here is what you will do:
1) Apply the valid website coupon to your order at check out. You'll find the location for discounts on the final pages of the checkout process, apply the coupon code that you have in the blank field. If the code was correct, you will see the discount amount applied to your total and you can complete your order.
2) Send our Customer Care Specialists an email at [email protected] letting them know that you would also like to apply your rewards points to this purchase. Please include your order number and the amount of points you would like to apply. Points are available for redemption in 500 point increments and will be manually subtracted from your account.
3) Our Customer Care Specialists will issue the refund onto your credit card. You will see the refund posted in your bank account within 3-10 business days.
