One of the challenges with shipping glass bottles is that sometimes it breaks. We’re sorry your package happened to be one of the few that broke in transit! 

Please email us at ask@annmariegianni.com with your order number and let us know which items and/or pumps broke and if anything else in your order was affected. We’re happy to send out a replacement to you immediately!
