We’re sorry to hear you’ve had a reaction to one of our products. Please email us at ask@annmariegianni.com with your order number and which product(s) you had a reaction to.

Once we receive that email, we can assist you with an exchange or a refund if it within 2 months from the date of purchase.

Also, we want to make sure you’re fully satisfied, so if there’s another product that you’d like to try out, to see if it works better with your skin, please let us know and we’ll get a sample out to you right away.
