What products should I use if I have oily skin?


Oily skin isn’t just a skin surface issue. To completely understand what might be causing your oily skin, you first can look at what you are putting into your body. Sugars, excess fats (even good fats), soy, and dairy can all attribute to oily skin. Hormone imbalance and digestive unrest is also a contributing factor.

Try adding lots of leafy greens, cultured veggies, and good omega 3 fats to your daily routine and see if that is helpful. Also, be mindful of how you are treating your body. Stresses may very well contribute to oily skin. So be sure to be kind to yourself -- meditate as often as you can, and try to get a little bit of movement in your day :)

Step 1: Citrus Mint Facial Cleanser – Use morning and night to wash your face.

Step 2: Rosemary Toning Mist – Use morning and night after cleansing.

Step 3: Herbal Facial Oil for Oily Skin – Use morning and night if needed, also great combined with a toning mist, or as a spot treatment throughout the day.
