EU / EEA / EFTA Customers – Right of Withdrawal & Returns
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or European Free Trade Association (EFTA), the following terms apply in addition to our standard Return Policy.
Right of Withdrawal
If you purchased your order online, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible and should be in a condition that allows us to determine their nature, characteristics, and function.
You may inspect products as you would in a retail store. However, if products have been used beyond what is necessary for inspection and this results in diminished value, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of your refund accordingly.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item—or you provide proof that it has been shipped—we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you paid for an upgraded shipping service, we will refund only the cost of our standard shipping option, as required under applicable law.
Products Excluded from Withdrawal Rights
For health and hygiene reasons, we may decline returns of sealed products that have been opened where applicable under local law.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
