A: Yes — Insiders receive surprise-and-delight gifts on certain renewal orders. These are the gifts mentioned in your subscription emails, and they ship in the box with that renewal. If a gift you were told about isn't in your box, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.

Q: What about the free gift-with-purchase from a sale email?

A: Those promotions are for orders placed on the website during the sale, and they can't be added to a subscription renewal. Your Insider gifts are separate and aren't affected.
