Before you cancel
You can change a lot from your account instead of cancelling:
- Skip your next order if you have extra product.
- Change how often it ships or move your next order date.
- Swap a product for a different one, or change the quantity.

How to cancel or make changes
- Log in: Go to the subscription login page, enter the email you order with, and enter the one-time code we email you.
- Open your subscription: On your Member Dashboard, click View Details.
- To cancel: Click More, then Cancel. Choose the reason that fits and follow the prompts to finish.
- To make changes: Use Skip, More (Edit frequency, Next order date), Swap, or Add Product on the same page.
Please make changes or cancel at least 2 days before your next order date. Once a renewal order has been placed, it can't be cancelled from your account; contact us right away and we'll see what we can do before it ships.
