How to Update the Credit Card on a Subscription AccountUpdated 6 months ago

Updating Billing Information

First, you will need to be signed into your account in order to update your information. 

When signed in click SUBSCRIPTIONS on the top right OR MANAGE PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS under Track Your Orders to get to the subscription portal. 

Once there, you will then see the PAYMENT METHODS tab on the top right, in there you'll find the current method(s) of payment along with the current billing address for your account. 

You will either want to click, “ADD PAYMENT METHOD“ to add a new card, or you can click on one of the payment methods to update it. 

From there you can “EDIT“ or “DELETE“ any of the existing payment methods. 

You can also “MOVE SUBSCRIPTIONS HERE” if you want to have your existing subscriptions processed on another stored card. 

If adding a new card: Enter your credit card information, as well as, add your card's associated billing address within the appropriate fields. 

You can also click on “Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method.” 

Save by clicking the button to “ADD PAYMENT METHOD”.

>>> If you clicked on the edit feature, and you received this message: 

Any updates to this payment method must be completed via Shopify. Click below to receive an email from Shopify to update this payment method. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 10 minutes.

Please follow the directions by clicking the Send Update Email button. This means that you opted to pay with Shop Pay and will receive an email with simple directions to update the card with Shop Pay. 

** Please note you can confirm the updates were saved by refreshing your page and ensuring your updated information is listed in the Billing Information section.
