I have concerns about your body brush being made in China.Updated 9 months ago

What are your sourcing practices regarding products from China?

We understand your concerns about products sourced from China. The only other item from China is the Jade in our original Gua Sha. However, it's essential to note that the origin of a product doesn't necessarily determine its quality. Just as not all American-made products guarantee superior quality, not all Chinese products are low-grade.

How do you ensure quality in your sourcing process?

We are committed to sourcing mindfully, and a crucial aspect of this commitment is selecting small farms that align with our standards. When we collaborate with Chinese companies, they are often small, family-owned businesses. For example, the fiber used in our brushes is sourced from a farm and then crafted into the brush by these small businesses.

What steps do you take to ensure ethical sourcing?

Ethical sourcing is a priority for us. We conduct thorough assessments of our suppliers to ensure they adhere to fair labor practices and environmental standards. Additionally, we prioritize transparency and strive to maintain open communication with our suppliers throughout the sourcing process.

How can I be confident in the quality of your products?

We take pride in the quality of our products and the integrity of our sourcing practices. By working closely with small, reputable suppliers and prioritizing transparency and ethical sourcing, we aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality.

Is there anything else I should know about your sourcing practices?

If you have any further questions or concerns about our sourcing practices or specific products, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you further!
