What changes are being made to the rewards program?

We are excited to announce a change to our rewards program! While the points value will remain the same, the redemption of rewards will now be allocated towards product offerings. This means that instead of receiving a monetary discount, you will be able to choose from a selection of different-sized products as your reward gifts.

Will the number of points that I have be changed once the program is transitioned? 

No, your points allotment and value will not be adjusted by Annmarie Skin Care through the transition. 

Will my existing points redemption coupons go away? 

No, your coupons will remain valid with no expiration date. The only exception would be if you had the customer care team apply a coupon via a refund on an order, in that case the coupon would no longer be valid. 

What is the value of the points in the new rewards program?

Previously, your points allowed you to earn rewards at a rate of 500 points = $5. However, with this new program, instead of applying your points for dollars off, you will redeem your points for specific, available products. Why is this a benefit for you? The list of products available for redemption are of equal or higher value than what your points were exchanged for in the previous program’s terms. So, for example, where 2500 points may have gotten you $25 off in the past, you can now use 2500 points to claim a product that has a value of $35!

How will I redeem my points for products?

To redeem your points for products, you will be able to select from an allotment of different-sized products available as reward gifts. When you reach the required points threshold, you can choose your preferred product from the options provided.

Can I redeem a reward for a product on an order without purchasing other items? 

Yes, you can redeem your rewards and apply the redemption value to a product without purchasing other items. *If you create an order of only a redeemable reward, please know that shipping charges will apply. Click here for further info.

Will the selection of reward products change over time?

Yes, we will periodically update the selection of reward products to ensure you have a variety of options to choose from. Keep an eye on our rewards page for new and exciting products available for redemption.

Can I still use my points towards a monetary discount?
