Product Subscription Policies—How to start, cancel, and editUpdated 10 months ago
In August of 2015, we began a product subscription service that automatically delivers to the customer every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. This feature is entirely optional and is available for most of our individual full-size products, as well as our Favorite Brands Marketplace products. All product subscription orders automatically receive a 10% discount per product (unless listed otherwise), as shown in the product price once the "Collective Insiders" option is chosen. *All subscription prices are subject to change to reflect retail price increases.
To become an Insider, follow the "How to Start" subscription instructions provided below. By enrolling in the program, you agree to an automatic renewal of your payment method at the frequency you select. Managing renewal orders is the responsibility of the customer who has set up the billing agreement. You can cancel your Insider subscription at any time, with no restrictions or order limits required before cancellation. Detailed cancellation instructions are provided below.
HOW TO START / PLACE AN ORDER:
To sign up for product subscriptions, simply click the "Subscribe: Collective Insiders Save 10%" option next to the product's image on that product's page. Then choose your desired delivery range, and add the item to your cart. Checkout as normal and your product subscription will go into effect.
A valid credit/debit card, Shop Pay, or PayPal account are the acceptable forms of payment for product subscriptions, gift cards are not applicable because we cannot continuously charge them. If you would like to place your order with one, we can refund you for the amount of the gift card & manually mark the gift card as "used". Simply email us with your order number, gift card code, and the gift card amount :)
DISCOUNT CODES:
If you have a discount you would like to apply to your very first product subscription order you may do so during the checkout process in the "gift card or discount code" field. That discount will not be applied to future recurring orders. Details can be found in the exclusion information related to the coupon.
TO CANCEL OR EDIT YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS:
This includes your shipment date, quantity, delivery schedule, payment method, and/or shipping/billing address.
How do I cancel or edit my subscriptions?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log into Your Account: Visit annmariegianni.com and click on "Login" in the top-right corner. Use your account credentials to sign in.
- Go to "SUBSCRIPTIONS": Once logged in, find the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" option in your account dashboard on the top right. This is where you can view all your active subscriptions.
- Edit Subscription:
- To change the frequency, quantity, or specific items in your subscription, find the subscription you'd like to adjust, then make your changes by following the directions in the options below.
How do I skip an item in my subscription?
To skip an item in your subscription, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Your Subscription: Through the steps listed above.
- Locate Your Items: On the left side, you'll see your list of subscribed items.
- Find the "Skip" Button: Below your list of items, you will see a series of options with purple buttons. Click on the first button labeled "Skip."
- Select Your Skip Option: After clicking "Skip," you'll have a few choices:
- You can choose to gift the order to someone else.
- You can select one of the time increment options to skip the subscription: there will be either a shorter or longer skip period.
- Choose the option that suits you best, and your subscription will be adjusted accordingly.
- Verify Changes: After making edits or canceling, ensure that your changes are saved and reflected in your account.

How can I reschedule my subscription to a later date?
If you'd like to push your subscription order to a later date, rather than skip based on frequency, you can follow these steps to reschedule:
- Select "Next Order Date": After logging into your account, look for the option which is labeled, "Next Order Date."
- Use the Calendar to Choose a New Date: A pop-up calendar will appear. To move to a different month, scroll to the right and click the arrow until you reach your desired month.
- Choose Your Date: Once you've found the correct month, select your preferred date.
- Confirm Your Choice: After selecting your new date, scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and click "Confirm" to finalize your change.
- Verify Changes: After making edits or canceling, ensure that your changes are saved and reflected in your account.
- This will adjust your subscription renewal to the selected date. If you need additional assistance, please contact our customer support team.
How can I change the frequency of my product subscription?
To change the frequency of a product subscription, follow these steps:
- Log into Your Account & Navigate to Your Subscriptions: Using the steps listed above
- Select the Subscription to Change: Find the subscription whose frequency you'd like to adjust.
- Change the Frequency: Click on the "More" purple button to find the "Edit Frequency" option. Click the drop-down to modify the current setting, and select your preferred frequency from the available options (30, 60, 90 days). If you find you need more options, please contact our Customer Care Department.
- Select the Next Renewal Date: A calendar will also be on this pop-up. Select your desired date. To move to a different month, scroll to the right and click the arrow until you reach your desired month. Once you've found the correct month, select your preferred date.
- Confirm Your Choice: After selecting your new date, scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and click "Confirm" to finalize your change.
- Save Your Changes: After selecting the new frequency and date, ensure you save your changes to update your subscription. Confirm that the new frequency is reflected in your subscription details.

How do I split a product on a subscription and what does that mean?
Subscription items are typically grouped together. If you want to select a different frequency for one item or prefer to purchase or skip it separately, you'll need to split it from the other items in the subscription group. This allows for more flexibility in managing individual items.
If you need to split a product from an existing subscription, here's how to do it:
- Log into Your Account & Navigate to Your Subscriptions: Using the steps listed above
- Select the Subscription to Split: Locate the subscription with the product you wish to split from the other subscriptions. Click on the "More" purple button to find the "Split Subscription" option
- Split the Product: Next, a pop-up will show all items that are grouped into one subscription. Select the item(s) you would like to split away from the other item(s). Click "Split".
- Confirm the Split: After following the prompts, ensure the product is now in a separate subscription with its own settings (such as frequency, quantity, or renewal date). It will appear below the original subscription in its own section. You can then make edits to that new subscription alone.

How can I cancel my subscription item(s)?
To cancel just one item on the subscription, follow the steps below:
- To cancel an item, locate the subscription and go to Edit Products in the bottom options of the purple buttons.
- A side panel will open up showing all items on the subscription. Locate the item you would like to cancel. Click the three dots next to the item.
- Click "Remove Item"
- Click "Save Changes"
- Confirm changes with the green notification that will pop up, as well as by viewing the change on the screen by noticing that the item is no longer there.
To cancel a whole set of subscription items, follow the steps below:
- To cancel a subscription, select the subscription you wish to cancel, then look for the "Cancel" option in the "More" purple button option. Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.
- Verify Changes: After making edits or canceling, ensure that your changes are saved and reflected in your account.

**Please note: We recommend making any changes to your product subscription schedule at least 2 days before the next order date. This will ensure all updates are registered in our system before an order is placed. Once an order is submitted, our system automatically starts processing it and we’re not able to make any modifications, which includes canceling or modifying orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to make any cancellations or edits prior to the order being placed.
