Refunds on the Same Product TwiceUpdated a year ago

Starting May 8th, 2020, we will not be able to refund you more than once on the same product.  

For example, if you've purchased the Aloe Herb Cleanser before and wrote into us sharing that it was not working out for you and you are seeking a refund, we would then not be able to honor a refund on that item if you purchased it a second time. 

We want you to love your Annmarie Gianni Skin Care products, so if you get an item that you aren't loving, please contact us. :) Just know that we are only able to honor a refund on that item upon the first request.

Please note: If a package arrives damaged with broken products or if a product experiences a quality assurance issue, these are issues we can definitely assist with! Photos of a damaged box are always helpful!
