I removed my card from Shop Pay—why is my subscription still active?
Removing a card from Shop Pay no longer cancels active subscriptions. If you previously set up a subscription using that card, it may still be used for upcoming subscription orders unless the subscription itself is updated or canceled.

Will I still be charged even if my card is no longer in my Shop Pay wallet?
Yes—if your subscription is still active, billing can continue using the original payment method, even if that card no longer appears in your Shop Pay wallet.

How do I update the payment method on my subscription?
You can update your payment details anytime through your Shop account:
Visit shop.app/account/subscriptions and select the subscription you’d like to edit.

How do I cancel or make changes to my subscription?
To cancel, skip, or modify your subscription, you’ll need to manage it through your account on our website. You can access your subscription portal via your account login or through the link in your subscription confirmation emails.
