What should I do if my Coconut Body Oil solidifies?Updated a year ago
If you notice variations in the consistency or aroma of our Coconut Body Oil, here’s what you need to know:
1. Why does my Coconut Body Oil sometimes change consistency?
Coconut Oil naturally solidifies at room temperature and melts at around 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Variations in temperature, humidity, handling, or storage conditions can cause this natural solidification. Rest assured, these changes do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.
2. What should I do if my Coconut Body Oil solidifies?
To restore the oil to its liquid state and ensure even application, we recommend placing the bottle in a bowl of warm water for at least 20 minutes. Afterward, give it a vigorous shake to evenly distribute the ingredients. Another convenient option is to store the oil in the shower where the warmth will keep it melted for easy application.
3. Why doesn’t the Coconut Body Oil contain emulsifiers or chemicals to prevent solidification?
Unlike some products that use additives to maintain a smooth texture, our Coconut Body Oil is 100% pure and free from synthetic chemicals. While this may cause slight inconvenience due to natural solidification, it ensures you’re using a clean, natural product on your skin.
