Why Does the Fill Level of the Ayurvedic Facial Scrub Appear Low?Updated a year ago
We apologize for any frustration with the fill level of the Ayurvedic Facial Scrub. There are two factors to consider:
How is the product filled?
- Volume filling: We fill the Ayurvedic Facial Scrub by volume. If you were to pour it out and weigh it, it would equate to roughly 67 grams poured into the 30ml bottle. This amount is what should be in the bottle.
Why does it appear lower than expected?
- Settling of herbs: The herbs in the product can settle in the bottle over time, which may make it appear lower than when initially filled. Despite this appearance, the amount should still be sufficient for about 13 applications, using one teaspoon per application.
What should I do if I find it's less than 13 applications?
