As part of our updated return and exchange policy, all orders for an exchange item(s) will require the guest to cover the cost of the shipping fee for their new beloved item to ship to them.
We want to make sure you have the product of your dreams and we are happy to assist in finding the right one for you. We do offer samples in the event of an exchange with no cost or no shipping fee associated with those sample orders.
