Can I Cancel My Order?Updated a month ago

Once an order is submitted, our system begins processing it automatically, and changes, including cancellations, are no longer possible after 30 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes, please refer to our FAQ: Can I Make Changes to My Order After Placing It? for guidance on editing your order.

If more than 30 minutes have passed, you can refuse the package upon delivery or mark it as "return to sender" (at no additional cost). Once we receive the returned package at our warehouse, we’ll process it and issue your refund promptly.
