You can cancel your order yourself within 1 hour of placing it: open your order confirmation email, click Edit or View Your Order, and choose Cancel.

After that, our warehouse starts processing it, and you can't cancel it online. You can refuse the package when it arrives or write "return to sender" on the unopened box and hand it back to the carrier at no cost. Once it reaches our warehouse, we'll process the refund.

If you refuse a package, let our Customer Care team know so we can watch for it.
