Can I Make Changes to My Order After Placing It?Updated 3 days ago
You can edit or cancel your order yourself within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped.
How to edit your order
- Open your order confirmation email and click Edit or View Your Order, or use the Edit Your Order section on the confirmation page right after checkout.
- Make your changes and save.
What you can change
- Add or remove products
- Adjust quantities
- Update the shipping address
- Cancel the order
If you add products, the difference is charged to your original payment method when you save. If the total goes down, the difference is refunded when you save. Saved changes can't be undone, but you can make further edits inside the window.
Subscription orders
An initial subscription order can be edited the same way. A renewal order can be edited from your account's order history within the same window.
Limits
- Orders that have shipped can't be edited.
- Some Natural Home Collection items can't be changed because they ship directly from the maker.
