Can I Make Changes to My Order After Placing It?Updated 5 months ago

You now can edit or cancel your order within the first hour that it is placed.
Once your order is placed you will be brought to the order confirmation page.
On that page, you will find a large section on the left titled, "EDIT YOUR ORDER"
Under that section, you will be able to update the order per your preference.
1. What is Order Editing?
The Order Editing allows you to modify orders after they've been placed. You can add or remove items, adjust quantities, update discounts, and more, ensuring orders are accurate before fulfillment.
2. What changes can I make to an order?
You can:
- Add or remove products.
- Adjust product quantities.
- Update the shipping address.
- Change shipping methods.
3. Can I edit an order after it has been fulfilled?
No, you can only edit unfulfilled orders. Fulfilled orders are locked for changes.
4. How do I access the order editing feature?
- Place your order.
- Wait for the Order Confirmation screen to come up.
- Click the Edit Order button to start making changes.
- You have 30 minutes to make changes.
5. Can I edit subscription orders?
An initial subscription order can be edited in the same way a retail order would be. If you are online at the time of your subscription renewal goes through, and can reach your orders via the account section, you will have 30 minutes to edit it as well.
6. Are there any fees for editing an order?
No, only if you add a new product to the order.
7. Can I add new products during order editing?
Yes, you can add new products that aren’t part of your current order. You will then be billed for the additional cost.
8. What happens if the order value increases or decreases?
If the order value changes:
- For increases: The additional amount will be automatically charged to the customer’s original payment method when the changes are saved.
- For decreases: You will receive a refund once the save button is clicked.
9. Can I undo changes made to an order?
Once an edited order is saved, the changes cannot be undone. You can make additional edits if needed but double-check before saving. You will have up to 30 minutes from the order timestamp.
10. Are there any restrictions on editing orders?
Yes, some restrictions include:
- Some of The Natural Home Collection items can not be changed due to drop shipping.
