I'm Having Trouble Logging Into My AccountUpdated 2 years ago


We're so sorry that you are having difficulties logging into your account! Below are some possible solutions to explore:

1) You may have ordered on our site previously as a guest & not actually created a password associated with your email address. To create and activate your account please click this link. Please fill out the necessary info to create a new account, and once that's done, you'll be all set!

Any previous orders that were placed under your email address will be shown in your account once it is created. You can view this under the "My Orders" section. Your rewards points from previous orders should be shown under the "My Account" section in the top right. If points from previous purchases are not included in your point balance, please let us know & we can manually add them in!

2) You may have forgotten your password, no worries! Simply click "forgot your password?" below the "login" button on the account login page. If that does not work for you, just let us know & we would be happy to send you a password reset link via email.
