New - How Do I Redeem My Rewards Points with the New Program?Updated 3 months ago
We are thrilled you've earned a reward!
Now it’s time to apply that reward to your next order and enjoy. We have updated this process to make it easier than ever to redeem your rewards and apply them to your order. The reward levels remain the same: earn a $5 reward for every 500 points you earn. To use your rewards points, sign into your account by clicking here to review your point balance and to ensure your points will appear at check out :)
There are two ways of claiming your reward!
The first option to redeem your rewards is directly through your rewards account like so:

After you've been logged in, head to the rewards section by clicking 'REWARDS':
Next, you will be within the Rewards section. From there you'll want to scroll down to 'Redeem Rewards' and click on the product reward option that aligns with the value of your points:
Once you have clicked 'REDEEM' to claim the reward a pop-up will come up, confirming that you want to redeem your points:
Go ahead and click 'REDEEM' or if you want to cancel the redemption click, 'Back to Dashboard'.
If you have chosen to redeem your points, the pop-up will update with your discount code and this wording:
It will show your code within the window.
*The customer customer will also receive an email with their code when they redeem.
At this point, please copy your discount code and complete your shopping experience! You can either click the code and it will automatically copy it, or you can highlight the code and manually copy it by double-clicking and a side panel will come up on your computer where you can find the line "copy" to click.
If you click the code to copy it, you will confirm that it has been copied by the screen showing the word, "Copied!"
*It is very important not to enter your code until you have completed shopping and are ready to check out. If you enter the code and then go back to shop now, the system may read the code as used and it might not work on the second entry. If this happens, please write to us at [email protected] and we will gladly refund you for the points value after the order is placed!
Next, you will add the product that you are redeeming a reward for into the cart. You will need to find the product on our shop page.
You will also want to add all of the items that you are placing an order for into the same cart.
Once you have finished shopping, enter your code in the 'Gift card or discount code' box at Check Out to see the reward product value reduced from your total!
*Please Note: Free product codes generated from loyalty points can only be used in combination with sitewide sale coupon codes from email marketing that permit such combining.
Express Checkout
If you have your information saved through ShopPay or one of the other express checkout options, you will still need to redeem a reward from your account. Select 'My Account' in the upper right-hand corner, then select the 'Rewards' section within your account, next choose the product discount you would like to apply and save. Then, enter that code in the "Gift card or discount code" open text box at checkout.
Simply click the 'Get Reward' button on the product reward you would like to apply to your order. You will then select 'Claim Reward' if you would like to move forward with getting your unique code or 'Not now' if you've changed your mind. Once you select to redeem your reward, your unique code is displayed. Copy that code and apply it in the checkout in the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout. Please note this code will not be displayed again so make sure to copy it or write it down.
