If you don't love what you've order, thats okay!
At Annmarie Skin Care, we have a 100% Happiness Guarantee on every product we sell. That means if a product isn't working for you, you can totally exchange it for the right product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to work with you to make it right. A full refund is also available.
Please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we can work together. Please plan on checking bottles and products when they arrive, even if you've ordered a back stock.

- Please return and exchange items in the box shipped to you or another similar, please add packing material to help ensure the life of the product while in transit.
- Please add your packing slip to the package.
- Please only return your packages with a return label provided by Annmarie Skin Care. Returns sent to the incorrect address will not be processed or refunded.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
