- Please return and exchange items in the box shipped to you or another similar, please add packing material to help ensure the life of the product while in transit.
- Please add your packing slip to the package.
- Please only return your packages with a return label provided by Annmarie Skin Care. Returns sent to the incorrect address will not be processed or refunded.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
** For orders shipped outside the EU/EEA/EFTA, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers located in the EU/EEA/EFTA may have additional statutory refund rights under applicable consumer protection laws.**

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or European Free Trade Association (EFTA), the following consumer rights apply in addition to our standard Happiness Guarantee.
Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting [email protected].
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return your products.
Return Conditions
You may inspect products as you would in a retail store to determine their nature, characteristics, and function.
If products have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection and their value has diminished as a result, we may reduce your refund to reflect that diminished value.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product or you provide proof that it has been shipped, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you selected expedited or premium shipping, only the cost of our standard delivery service is refundable where required by applicable law.
Hygiene Exception
Certain sealed products may not be eligible for return once unsealed, where this is permitted under applicable consumer protection laws, due to health or hygiene reasons.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
