Why can't I apply my coupon to my order?
Coupons cannot be applied to items that are set up as subscriptions. Our coupon exclusions also include sample kits, select trial sizes, gift cards, products from the Favorite Brands Marketplace, taxes, or shipping and handling charges.
How can I purchase a product with my coupon?
To use your coupon on a product, please ensure you select the "One-time purchase" option for that item before proceeding to checkout.
How can I remove items from my cart to start over?
You can easily remove items from your cart by logging into your account, navigating to your cart, and hovering over the item you wish to delete. Click the small "x" that appears on the top right corner of the item to clear it from your cart.
