Updating Your Sweet Sunrise Shampoo SubscriptionUpdated 2 months ago
There are three sections to this article:
To Change the Next Order Date for your Sweet Sunrise Shampoo Subscription
To be used if you have the Sweet Sunrise Shampoo in its own sectioon
To Split it Away From Other Items and Change the Next Order Date for the Product
- To be used if you have the Sweet Sunrise Shampoo grouped with other products
To Be Notified When the Product is Back in Stock
To Change the Next Order Date for your Sweet Sunrise Shampoo Subscription
Please use this guidance if you have the Sweet Sunrise Shampoo set up as a searate subscription in your account, or if you also have the Sweet Sunrise Conditioner grouped together and would not like the Conditioner to come on its own.
- Login, and navigate to your Insider Member Dashboard. You may do so by clicking on the Subscriptions link on the top right of your account page
- Locate the subscription where the Sweet Sunrise Shampoo exists
- Next you will select "Next Order Date":
- Select a date that is further than June 15th. At this time we do not have an exact date. Our estimated restock is mid-June 2025.
- Click to CONFIRM the date:
To Split it Away From Other Items and Change the Next Order Date for the Product
Sometimes you will have more than one product grouped together within a subscription because they have the same frequency of renewal. If you have the Sweet Sunrise Shampoo grouped with anything else that you would like to recieve sooner than June, please use the following steps:
- Login, and navigate to your Insider Member Dashboard. You may do so by clicking on the Subscriptions link on the top right of your account page
- Locate the subscription where the Sweet Sunrise Shampoo exists
- Click on the "Split Subscription" button:
- Select the item(s) you want to split off from that order.
- Select the Sweet Sunrise Shampoo
- Determine if you have the Sweet Sunrise Conditioner on subscription. Decide if you would like to receive the Conditioner without the Shampoo, or also move that date up to align with the Shampoo.
- Click "SPLIT"
- Once you have made your selection You will see that it is in its own subscription now.
- Next you will select "Next Order Date":
- Select a date that is further than June 15th. At this time we do not have an exact date. Our estimated restock is mid-June 2025.
- Click to CONFIRM the date:
- Confirm the update on your Member Dashboard Page.
To Be Notified When the Product is Back in Stock
- Natigate to the Sweet Sunrise Shampoo product page via this link or by going to the hair care collection on the Shop Page:
- Select Get On the Waitlist:
- We will email you once we have the product restocked!
- Once you receive that email, the next steps would be to update your Next Order Date to a date that aligns with your ideal next renewal.
- You can also MERGE the product back together with any other subscription items if you would like. *Please note that the merge feature is meant for products with the same frequency of renewal. Do not worry if the products do not have the same frequency, you can leave them separate! With our recurring order system, subscription orders scheduled within 7 days of each other will be processed and shipped together within the same order. :)
