Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Access Your Account
Step 2: Navigate to Payment Methods
- Once logged in, go to your Insider Collective Member Dashboard.
- Click “Subscriptions” in the top-right corner.
- In your dashboard, find the “Billing” section below your subscription products and to the right of “Shipping Information.” This section lets you view and manage your saved payment details.
Step 3: Update or Add a New Payment Method
- If you’re using ShopPay: You’ll need to add a new card rather than edit the current one.
- Select “Add New Payment Method” and enter the details for your new card.
- If you’re not using ShopPay: You may edit the existing card.
- Choose the card you want to update, click “Edit,” and enter the new card details, including the card number, expiration date, and security code. Double-check the accuracy of this information.
Step 4: Save Changes
- After updating, click “Save” to confirm your changes.
- Refresh the page to confirm the updated details in the “Billing” section on your Member Dashboard.
- We’ll verify the payment method. If successful, future subscription payments will be processed with the updated card. If there’s an issue, we’ll notify you via email.
Step 5: Confirm the Update
- Look out for a confirmation email to ensure the update was successful. This is a good way to double-check that everything is set up correctly.
