Why Is My International USPS Tracking Number Not Showing Tracking Information?Updated 2 years ago

USPS typically only tracks packages while they’re in the United States and stops tracking them once they leave. Sometimes they update the tracking when the package has arrived and sometimes they don't. We're just as confused about this process as you are, but we still provide USPS as a service since it's usually less expensive for you than FedEx or UPS for international shipping.

Please know that your package is on its way and USPS has told us that it takes approximately 2-6 weeks for an international package to be delivered.
