Once an order is submitted, our system automatically starts processing it and we’re not able to make any changes, which includes canceling orders. We apologize for any inconveniences!
What you may do, however, is refuse the package once it's delivered to you. We will notify you as soon as we receive it back at our warehouse & issue your refund at that time.
Please email our Customer Support Ambassadors at email@example.com and notify them that you will be refusing your package if you choose to do so.
