Once an order is submitted, our system automatically starts processing it and we’re not able to make any changes, which includes canceling orders. We apologize for any inconveniences!
What you may do, however, is refuse the package once it's delivered to you or have it returned to sender (this can be done at no additional cost). We will reach out as soon as we have processed your package back at our warehouse & have issued your refund.
Please email our Customer Care Specialists at email@example.com and notify them that you will be refusing your package if you choose to do so.
